LeRoy has everything you need to run a business or raise a family, including reverse osmosis water, a grocery store, two full service gas stations, two restaurants, full service Credit Union with ATM, flooring store, insurance agency, hotel and bar, accommodations and many other businesses.
Surrounding industry includes agriculture, large-scale hog, operations, manufacturing and mining to name a few. The BHP Jansen Potash Project is just 6 miles south of the Town of LeRoy.
LeRoy is proud of the many types of local recreation offered. At LeRoy Leisureland Regional Park you will be treated to golfing at The Creek Golf Course that displays poplars and pines marked with large rolling grass greens and irrigated fairways of which six of the nine holes cross the meandering creek, golf carts, swimming in the newly upgraded outdoor pool with sand beach, beach volleyball or horseshoes. The park also has a newly expanded campground, a licensed clubhouse, Event Centre and a pro shop. Other recreation in the town includes skating, hockey, curling, minor ball, bowling, a fitness centre, a school of dance…plus many service clubs suited for any interest.
